CONTE HUGUES Chardonnay Sicilia DOC

The 2020 harvest was characterised overall by a great balance between weather and climate, with production quantitatively in line with the average of the previous years. From a qualitative point of view, the type of soil and the agronomic practices adopted allowed the grapes to benefit from the summer rainfall between July and August, which resulted in an excellent water balance. Harvesting times were also extended due to slower ripening and a lower accumulation of sugar in the berries, allowing for greater acidic and aromatic freshness.
