SAN LORENZO Chianti DOCG

San Lorenzo is the name of a farm tucked away in the Cipressete Wood,not far from the Melini winery. This vast cypress wood whose origins go back over ten centuries, surrounds the vineyards and is one of the last remaining examples where cypresses have naturalised and propagate from seed. The area is now a Nature Reserve. The label with its refined illustration fittingly depicts this precious place that the Melini winery is helping to care for.
